The past two years have been tough on people as the world dealt with the Coronavirus pandemic. Regardless of what you may think about how the world reacted to the virus, the pandemic has resulted in people experiencing anxiety and depression being at an all-time high. I know that I have seen an increase in my personal sphere of friends and relatives. This has probably triggered a number of other issues individuals may be dealing with and even bringing back suppressed pains they have not resolved. On this program, I have Rod West, the Founder and Director of Christ-Centered Solutions, with me, and we will be talking about issues people face every day and what can be done through Biblical Counseling.

If you have listened to me for any time, you will know I often talk about targeting men in the local church. Well, recently, I was invited to attend a one-night men's conference, and I want to give a shout-out to Temple Baptist Church in New Bern, NC, for being about targeting their men. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, Temple was targeting me as a man. Everywhere I looked, I saw indications they believe men are important in the church's life.
