Senator Josh Hawley of Missouri recently wrote, "All is not well with men in this country. The numbers tell the tale. Men are lonelier than ever before. They're dropping out of the labor force .... They're struggling more with drug abuse and alcohol. They increasingly forego a college education, even as they delay getting married and having kids." The difficulties churches have in developing a mininstry to men and some of the rewards from working in men's ministry. Men's Ministry is one of the hardest mininstries a church can undertake but yet when you watch men begin to "Get It," if is one of the most rewarding. This is because of the number of people that will be affected when I man begins to walk with God. One man can affect a dozen or more people.
