Brian Doyle, Founder and President of Iron Sharpens Iron joins Mike on this episode to discuss the National Iron Sharpens Iron National Men's Equipping Conferences. We will review the history of the conferences and how these conferences differ from the large stadium and coliseum conferences and how these conferences can be used by the local church to encourage and equip their men. We will also talk about the gap between church leaders and what the men of the church are looking for to help them in their day to day walk wwith God.
